The Region

Château Le Grand Biard is located in the French municipality Céré la Ronde, a village of 450 inhabitants and no fewer than four castles. The château is located just 6 km outside of the village.

Céré la Ronde lies just south of the Cher River in the 37th department Indre et Loire of France.

Sitting at the southern tip of the Tours, Blois and Loches triangle in the Loire Valley region, it is located approximately 650 kilometers away from Eindhoven.

The area is well-known for its Touraine wines and is bordered by many famous wine regions. 

Hilly and spacious, it is a romantic setting full of history where walkers, cyclists, horse riders and golf enthusiasts can relish in nature and gastronomes, historians and geocachers can indulge in their favorite pastimes.
